1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Clavicular Stack ("Clavicular Stack", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the website at clavicularstack.com (the "Site"), including any pages, content, and features we make available through it, and any orders you place if we make products available for purchase directly on the Site.

By accessing the Site, browsing its content, clicking through to a third-party retailer, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and who are accessing it for lawful research, professional, or informational purposes. By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement, that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and that your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation that applies to you.

3. Nature of the Site

Clavicular Stack publishes informational content about peptides and related research compounds, including product summaries, scientific background, comparison guides, and stack breakdowns. The Site operates in two ways, sometimes simultaneously:

• As an affiliate / buying guide. Some pages link to third-party retailers from which you may purchase products. When you click these links and complete a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission. The third-party retailer's own terms of sale, privacy policy, and shipping and return policies govern those transactions; we are not a party to them.
• As a direct seller. We may also offer products for purchase directly on the Site. When you place an order on the Site itself, the additional provisions in Sections 6 through 9 apply.

Each product page indicates whether the listing is fulfilled by us or by a third-party retailer.

4. Research-Use-Only Disclaimer

All peptides and other compounds referenced or sold through the Site are sold and intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use by qualified professionals in appropriate research environments. By using the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The compounds are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, or cosmetics.
• The compounds are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable regulatory authority to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals.
• You will not consume, ingest, inject, inhale, or apply the compounds to or in a human or animal body, will not combine or formulate the compounds for such use, and will not resell or distribute them for such use.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your possession and use of the compounds comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to you, including any controlled-substance, hazardous-materials, and import/export rules.

5. No Medical Advice

Content on the Site — including articles, product pages, comparison tables, frequently asked questions, and references to scientific literature or third parties — is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not act, or refrain from acting, based on anything you read here. If you have or suspect a medical condition or are considering any change to your health regimen, consult a licensed physician.

6. Orders, Acceptance, and Pricing (Direct Sales)

The following provisions apply to products purchased directly from Clavicular Stack on the Site. They do not govern orders placed with third-party retailers via affiliate links; those are subject to the retailer's own terms.

Order acceptance. Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion. A contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation or, if earlier, charge your payment method. We may refuse or cancel any order at any time before shipment, including for suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, inability to verify your details, restrictions in your jurisdiction, or violations of these Terms.

Pricing and product information. Prices, descriptions, images, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We aim to be accurate but do not warrant that listings are error-free. If we discover a material error after you place an order, we may correct the error and offer you the corrected order or cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Taxes and fees. Listed prices do not include applicable sales, use, or excise taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout where required by law.

7. Payment

You authorize us, or our payment processor, to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the billing information you supply is accurate. If a charge is declined, we may cancel the order. We are not responsible for fees imposed by your card issuer or bank.

8. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Title

Estimated delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for direct-sale products pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. You are responsible for inspecting your shipment promptly and for any duties, taxes, or charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost shipments outside our control, or refusal of customs authorities.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because the products sold are research compounds whose integrity cannot be re-verified after the package leaves our facility, all sales are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated below or as required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, materially mislabeled, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. At our discretion we will issue a replacement or a refund of the purchase price. We do not accept returns of opened, used, mishandled, or improperly stored product, and we do not refund based on subjective dissatisfaction or research outcomes.

10. Customer Responsibility and Compliance

You represent and warrant that, before purchasing, you have independently researched the intended laboratory use, the safety and handling of the compound, and the regulatory and legal status of the compound in your jurisdiction. You assume full responsibility for proper handling, storage, labeling, recordkeeping, and disposal in accordance with all applicable laws and accepted laboratory practices.

11. Independence and No Endorsement

Clavicular Stack is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any public figure, researcher, brand, manufacturer, or institution referenced on the Site unless we expressly state so in writing. References to third parties or to compounds they have publicly discussed are factual citations and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation that applies to you.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or related infrastructure, including by introducing malware or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data-mining systems to access or harvest content beyond ordinary, reasonable browsing.
• Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our prior written permission.
• Submit content that is false, defamatory, infringing, harassing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful, or that misrepresents your affiliation with us or any third party.

13. User Submissions

If you submit comments, reviews, questions, or other content to the Site, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that content in any media. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that the content does not violate these Terms or any third-party right.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, charts, articles, and other materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to or interoperate with third-party websites, services, and retailers, including affiliate-linked stores. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH OR DESCRIBED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE CONTENT IS CURRENT OR FREE OF ERRORS.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CLAVICULAR STACK, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, ANY CONTENT, ANY THIRD-PARTY LINK OR RETAILER, OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IN THE SIX MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clavicular Stack and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to (a) your use or misuse of the Site, (b) your purchase, possession, handling, transfer, or use of any product referenced or sold through the Site, (c) your breach of these Terms or any representation or warranty you make in them, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

19. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

20. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Informal resolution. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at the address in Section 25 and to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and we agree that any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Delaware (or by videoconference at the arbitrator's discretion), and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. You and we each waive the right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

23. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war or hostilities, civil disturbance, government action, public-health emergencies, labor disputes, supply or carrier disruptions, internet or utility outages, or cyberattacks.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies or notices posted on the Site or provided to you in connection with a transaction, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Site and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings on the same subject. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
